ADVISE: accept-with-nits

Verdict. /i as interchange, sidecar not muxed into HEVC, every camera. Steelman against: EF-only — loses entrance pupil and /i3 maps on sats. Tradeoff: cheap P-iris PoE boxes become stubs.

Nits. No reader SKU yet. Same-session author+reader.

Solid. Matches existing “lens in sidecar” in MODES.md; bits are free next to HEVC.
